Simone Williams
CEO & Director
Simone is an ardent advocate of challenging the status
quo. She likes to apply new creative strategies to conventional
initiatives. Simone has created and organised hundreds
of events over the last 10 years – from large
production, multi-streamed, multi speaker business events,
through to niche networking events and private VIP dinners.
She has a strong background in concept and brand development,
marketing and project management and has a keen interest
in music and production design.

Peter Knowles
Chairman
Peter Knowles, Chairman of Red Carpet Limited, co-founded
IML UK Ltd which remains a world leader in the development
and supply of innovative electronic voting systems.
He has since sold his interest in IML to Computershare.
Peter is also Chief Executive Officer of EziComms Australia
(Pty) Ltd, which has secured its position as a leading
provider of electronic voting systems in Australia.
He is also Chief Executive Officer of a new venture,
EziComms (NZ) Ltd. Peter’s successful track record
in business, his strong IT background and his unequivocal
commitment to “meetings with honest outcomes”
are integral to his contribution to Red Carpet Ltd.

Raga Olga
D’silva
Market Development – Asia
Raga’s passion lies in being a part of the change
in the world and bringing the world closer to India.
She is very ‘customer centric’ in her approach,
and ensures that all commitments are met. Raga is an
Indian born New Zealander, living in New Zealand since
2001. She is born and bred in Mumbai, India and has
a post graduate degree in Marketing. She was Vice President
and Branch Head of Lintas Direct (Mumbai) the Direct
Marketing division of Lowe Lintas India. Her experience
and knowledge in marketing and advertising in New Zealand
and in India has helped provide her with the unique
insights into the Australasian markets.

Jason
Greiving
Event Manager
Jason has a wealth of experience managing the logistics
of an event, including venue management, travel and
accommodation, AV management, design, speaker management
and project administration. He has been involved in
a large variety of events from fashion shows through
to large scale business events.

Angela
Delecke
Events Marketing & Administration Manager
Angela brings top-notch organizational skills and flawless
attention to detail to the Australasian market. She
comes from New York City where she spent 6 years managing
national concert tours for some of the world’s
most renowned orchestras and performing artists. She
understands the needs of the talent while creatively
negotiating the numerous demands of the production itself.
Her extensive experience has allowed her to develop
effective processes for guaranteed success.

Claire Bark
Event Manager
Claire has experience is working as a PCO both in
New Zealand and in the UK. She has organised and delivered
numerous medical, business and training events around
the world. With great time management skills and systems
management, Claire works well in the excitement and
pressure of the events industry.

Oliver Knowles
Relationship Manager - Special Projects
Oliver has a strong sales and technical background,
with over 8 years experience in various companies in
the UK. His career started by managing a business in
a highly competitive music market in London, which helped
him to understand the needs of business from the ground
up. Within BSkyB, he successfully implemented and trained
staff in new sales direction and marketing techniques.
From his extensive background of working within varied
positions, he has both met and exceeded his client’s
needs.

Jeni Shirley
Event Administrator
Jeni’s enthusiasm for life includes being involved
in new opportunities for learning and growth. She continually
seeks unique elements of the world, and ways to improve
the human race. Her skills are based on organisation
and resource efficiency; with an awareness of the individual
needs of people. Her experience includes personal relations
and logistics management for corporate events, educational
tours, and business and leisure travel.
